After 14 years as a pharmacy technician, I watched too many women fight symptoms instead of feeling vibrant. I knew there had to be more—more energy, more confidence, more connection to our bodies. So I took what I learned behind the counter and brought it into the kitchen. Today, as a nutrition coach, I help women balance hormones, fuel their fire, and feel fierce again—no shame, no extremes, just real results.
